General conditions of sale
When placing the order, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale displayed on the screen (name, price, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The transmission of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, which are the only ones applicable to the order.
Order
The customer submits the order by clicking on the “Order Confirmation” box. The order is displayed in a summary containing all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale” box in the menu bar. The automatic registration systems are considered to have proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Order confirmation
The system confirms order acceptance to the customer via e-mail. The sale can be considered concluded only from the moment of the order confirmation, which reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular in relation to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order received, a abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery to be performed. No new order can be placed if all the amounts due for previous orders have not been duly paid. The same applies to the transfer of ownership of the goods, which will only take place upon receipt of the amounts due from the customer.
Provision of orders and delivery conditions
The place and date of making the goods available are chosen by the customer at the time of his order. We reserve the right to use any logistics service provider at our discretion to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Supplies are possible on the territory of the Italian Republic, Europe and the USA. Our shipments are made by GLS Express Courier. The dispatch of the goods is guaranteed within 2 working days, unless the same is unavailable. Delivery will take place within a further 1/3 working days. The total time from order to receipt is therefore between 2/5 working days. Any storage costs due to errors or omissions in indicating the delivery address (including name on the bell) will be borne by the buyer.
Terms of delivery
Deliveries are made within five working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible, confirming the availability date or offering you an equivalent replacement product.
Shipping and ordering costs
Shipping costs amount to € 15.00 including VAT for Europe, € 15.50 including VAT for Sicily, € 20.50 including VAT for Sardinia, € 8.50 including VAT for the rest of Italy. By placing the order, the customer agrees to sign the shipping slip presented by the shipper, on which he can make all the observations he deems necessary. By signing the shipping slip, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated on the latter.
Any event, such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport stoppage, which could delay or prevent procurement or exorbitant its cost, constitutes, by explicit agreement, a suspension or termination clause of the shipping obligations. , without any compensation for the customer if the event lasts for more than 15 days. In such an event, the customer will be fully and automatically exonerated from all his obligations relating to his order. We will inform the customer, by any appropriate means and on the same day, of the existence of such an event, in order to allow him to freely disengage from his order by simply responding by post or e-mail to the information that has been sent to him.
Shipping partner
Deliveries are made through GLS Service Italy during normal office hours. Please choose the address so that someone can take delivery of the package and indicate a reachable telephone number.
Prices
All prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT (22%). The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation. The payment of products and services takes place via Paypal, in a secure environment.
Product sheets
The photographs illustrating the products are provided for information only. The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of the information appearing on the packaging or the warnings for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minor differences and do not concern the essential characteristics of the products.
Terms of payment
The ordered product (s) will / will be provided upon receipt of your payment via the method chosen by the customer (Paypal).

All our products are halal certified and delivered with the greatest possible care. However, any guarantee is excluded if a defect or damage has been caused by handling errors.
Important: always carefully keep the invoice and photos of the state of the product. Without the proof of purchase, we cannot accept any warranty claims.
